The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat has reopened

The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat has reopened its chancery building today, Monday, December 29, 2008.  Turkmen public health officials have concluded that the white powder in the envelope received by the Embassy on Tuesday, December 22, is non-lethal.
