As Ramadan, the holy month of fasting, concludes, I extend best wishes as you celebrate the feast of Eid al-Fitr.

May the values that Muslims throughout the world venerate during Ramadan – charity, sacrifice, and compassion – point the way to achieving freedom, tolerance, and peace among all peoples.

I wish you and the people of Turkmenistan prosperity and health throughout the coming year.
