As the holy month of Ramadan concludes, I extend best wishes on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr:

My hope is the values which Muslims throughout the world celebrate during Ramadan – charity, sacrifice, and compassion – will point the way to a renewed effort to achieve freedom, tolerance, and peace among all peoples. 

May you and the people of Turkmenistan enjoy prosperity and health trhough the coming year.
