The Cochran Fellowship program

The United States Department of Agriculture and the United States Embassy in Turkmenıstan announce the Cochran Fellowship program for the year 2009. The program is sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture and offers a two-week training program in the U.S. for agricultural specialists in plant protection and animal breeding. 

Selection is competitive, based on an application review and an interview with a program representative. Only the most competitive candidates will be invited for an interview. Final selections are made by the Cochran program office in Washington.
